Thalasso in Luc sur Mer

This thalasso centre has a swimming-pool with seawater heated from 32 to 35°C, where you can swim against the current and rest in the relaxation area which looks out onto the beach. It also proposes you an amazing concept : the "Spiruline" rich in fresh seaweed - a real booster for your natural defences – associated with the rituals of the oriental hammam. A health/pleasure cocktail which is totally new on the Norman coast and which mixes essential oils and steam, sea mud and ablutions, traditional treatments and subdued lighting, aromatherapy and smells from other places.

The hammam of the sea – with its 3 typical rooms and seawater pool – draws its inspiration from the purest oriental tradition. This hammam has an original architecture which captures the brightness of the beach through little ribs. It also proposes you a trail in 3 steps : the "Frigidarium" is a temperate rest room where you can quench your thirst with a mint tea; then there is the "Tepidarium", a warm steam room used for treatments and showers; and finally there is the "Caldarium", a hot steam room where you can have a cool seawater bath to revitalize your body.
